REMAI MODERN ANNOUNCES FREE ADMISSION FOR ITS OPENING WEEKEND

Media Release: Tuesday, August 22, 2017

Saskatoon — Remai Modern is very pleased to announce free admission to all exhibitions from 10 AM to 6 PM for its opening weekend, October 21 and 22. Free admission has been made possible through the support of KPMG and Rawlco Radio.

“The opening weekend is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and we extend a warm invitation to everyone in Saskatoon to attend,” said Gregory Burke, Executive Director & CEO.

“We’re grateful for the support of KPMG and Rawlco Radio, enabling us to offer the opportunity to explore the award-winning building and enjoy the exceptional program of exhibitions and activities on opening weekend free of charge.”

This initiative is a continuation of the public-spirited generosity of Rawlco Radio. In April, Remai Modern announced a $1-million gift from Gordon and Jill Rawlinson and Rawlco Radio supporting the Free Admission Program. This program ensures free access to the entire museum six days each year.

Details about the museum’s opening weekend will be released over the coming weeks.
